Most rooms at Villa Ruscello offer a splendid view of Lake Maggiore. The only rooms without a lake view are the quadruple rooms.

Yes, breakfast is included and is prepared with fresh products, to be enjoyed in our breakfast room, where you can admire a magnificent view of the lake.
Is the property pet-friendly?

Small pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost. We recommend contacting the property before arrival.
Does the hotel have an elevator?

Hotel Villa Ruscello is a historical villa spread over two floors with an annexe. To preserve its historical charm, there is no elevator. Our staff is always available to assist guests with their luggage.

It is possible to organize personalized excursions to the Borromean Islands thanks to non-scheduled boat services, which pick up guests directly from the hotel's private pier.
Are boat trips included in the stay?

No, excursions are personalized and not included in the room rate. Boat trips are available on request and can be arranged directly by the hotel.

The Hotel Villa Ruscello is located in a quiet and panoramic position, about 1.5 km from the center of Baveno and Stresa. The distance from the center guarantees relaxation and silence, while remaining close to the main services and attractions of Lake Maggiore.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available until 8:00 PM. After this time, late check-in is possible by prior arrangement, provided you communicate your arrival time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the last day of your stay, as indicated at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation by informing the hotel at least 5 days prior to your arrival date, without penalty; after that date, a penalty equal to the cost of one night will be applied.
What time do I need to be back at the hotel?

Guests have free access to the hotel during reception opening hours. At night, the entrance gate is closed, but access is always guaranteed thanks to the keys provided to guests.
