All the rooms are en suite and include shower, hair dryer, direct dial phone, satellite color TV, free Wi-Fi and fan.
Rooms have one double bed (which, if needed, can be turned into 2 single beds) and one single bed.
All the rooms have lake view and have a small balcony with external night light.

Rates for a bed and breakfast room, you can choose:

You pay the whole bill at the check out; if you cancel your reservation, please let us know within five days from check in,
Otherwise you will be charged with the cost of one night, because of our policy cancel - Non refundable rates: the price is cheaper, you have to pay all the amount at the reservation
Not included in the room rate is the visitors tax of 1,00 euros per person per night (children under 6 do not pay the visitors tax).
It is possible to add a rollaway bed at an additional cost of 10 euros per night.
